Saturday Volunteer Days into November 2023
We are thrilled to announce that our popular Saturday Volunteer Days are back! Hope Against Trafficking has recently acquired a 4th home which needs a significant amount of work and a sprinkle of love. Join us from now through early November to make this house a home for those in need.
The initial phase of our project will focus on demolition and cleanup, both indoors and outdoors. We kindly ask volunteers to bring the following supplies:
- Work Gloves
- Chain saws
- Clippers
- Shovels
- Hats
- Goggles (if working with a chainsaw)
- Buckets
- Cleaning Rags/towels
- Your favorite cleaning supplies
Once the home is clear, we’ll transition to the remodeling stage, where we will need skilled volunteers to assist with bathroom and kitchen renovations, wood floor refinishing, drywall installation, painting, and of course, more cleaning.

In addition to our incredible volunteers, we are also seeking partnerships with businesses that can assist with more specialized projects, including:
- Roofing, insulation, soffit work, and gutter guard installation
- Window installation
- Air Conditioning installation
- Water Heater replacement
- Landscaping services
- Tree Removal services
- Basement waterproofing
- Tiling for the kitchen and bathrooms
- Appliance donations
