Hannah received her MA in Rehabilitation Counseling and worked with head trauma survivors providing clinical programming and therapy until she came home to be a stay at home mother of 3 young children. Over the last 7-8 years, she became passionate about forging change in the area of human trafficking.
Erica Kohler is a graduate of Oakland University, with dual degrees in Education and Psychology. After several years teaching, Erica took time to raise and nurture her three daughters. Since then, Erica has rejoined the working world in business, sales, and real estate. She is a full-time real estate agent at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Birmingham, Michigan. Erica is passionate about helping people uncover false beliefs and heal from past wounds so they can realize the life God meant them to live. This is what drives her to join Monarch Wings.
Lexie Schwarze is the Life Impact Director with Woodside Bible Church. Over the past 10 years, she has been able to take a brand-new mission ministry with a part-time staff of 1, to today a staff of 4 serving 14 campuses, with over 11,000 attendees weekly, 45 international missionaries, 5 global partnerships, 2 orphanages with over 100 children, and 5 local ministries.
Her passion for human trafficking started 6 years ago, during a layover in Bangkok, Thailand. She saw firsthand the red-light district where the very young being sold, she vowed to help stop the injustice of children being sold for sex. Upon returning to the states she became aware of the numbers sold into human trafficking here in the states. With a local focus on mine, she helped start Unshackled – a Voice for the Voiceless.
Daniel Russell, Sr
Vice President, DEM Group LLC
Daniel Russell’s philosophy on life translates seamlessly to his career. He sees the potential in everyone he meets and knows that each person can make a positive impact. He believes in the importance of offering new ideas and exceeding client expectations.
He is responsible for sales, marketing, recruiting and management of the sales team. He also secures new-business opportunities for the organization and leads the transition of new clients into the company. He also helps to establish affinity business relationships with other business partners.
Director of Business Development and Administration
Alysia earned her BSA (Magna Cum Laude) in finance and went on to earn her Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional Designation from the FINRA Institute at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. Alysia has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry as a Chief Compliance Officer/AML Officer, Senior Compliance Officer, and Senior Sales Supervisor, and as an AVP Senior Regional Administrative Manager.
Robert, a retired Auto Production Engineering Designer for 28 years at General Motors and previous has 15 years as an Architectural Engineering Designer. While working full time he also obtains a Residential Builders, Heating, and a Real Estate Licenses he calls his hobbies.
Also elected and serviced on the Troy City Council 1993 – 1997, Elected to the Michigan House of Representatives 1999 – 2006 and Elected to the Oakland County Board of Commissioners 2006 -2016.
Founding Board Member
Barbara Rausch has been engaged as a Board Member of MW-HAT since its founding, helping to set the strategic direction for the organization. Barbara has a BS in Marketing and an MBA in International Business and currently works as Associate Vice President of Cognizant in a Healthcare Market Leader role.
Barbara previously worked as Managing Sales Director for Accenture’s North American Healthcare and has served on several non-profit Boards as well as Boards for two startup companies.
Secretary of the Board
Tammie holds a BA in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University. She has worked for Siemens for over 25 years in program management and proposal consulting roles. In 2012, she traveled to Thailand to study the sex trade and love on survivors of its culture.
Her passion has always been to operate a shelter or care facility for women offering hope where there is none. In her spare time, she loves to travel with her husband, hike, garden and play with her 3 grandsons.
